Remember that the positive method is based on reinforcing good behaviour. It is based on respect, kindness, analysis and understanding of canine behaviour.<\/p>\n

The aim is to work on the dog’s motivation and cooperation.<\/p>\n

On a walk, the puppy is attracted by walkers, objects on the ground…<\/p>\n

Say the name of the puppy + the word “leave”.<\/strong> As soon as the puppy turns its head towards you, give it a treat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Repeat the exercise regularly.<\/span><\/p>\n

As soon as your dog looks at you and is interested in you when you say “leash”, he has understood the logic and is entitled to his reward.<\/span><\/p>\n
